On 04 April 2025, the AEMC received a rule change request from a private individual to amend the National Energy Retail Rules. The AEMC has not yet initiated this rule change request. When the AEMC initiates this process, the AEMC will publish a Consultation Paper to facilitate stakeholder consultation on the request.
