On 9 May 2025 the AEMC received a rule change request from the Justice and Equity Centre to amend the National Gas Rules and the National Energy Retail Rules (NERR). The AEMC has not yet initiated this rule change request. When the AEMC initiates this process, the AEMC will publish a Consultation Paper to facilitate stakeholder consultation on the request.
