The Commission has formally consolidated this rule change request with ERC0356 – Amending the Cumulative Price Threshold Methodology.

We published a draft determination on 29 January 2026, to seek feedback from stakeholders on the more preferable draft rule, including the expected magnitude of benefits and implementation costs, by 12 March 2026.
