The AEMC is hosting a briefing session on the five minute and global settlement delay rule change. As the rule is being considered under the expedited rule change process, this session will provide an overview of:

• the rule change proposal
• how the Commission proposes to consider the issues raised
• the expedited rule change process
• a hypothetical scenario illustrating the practical system implications of a 12-month delay.
