The Albany Gas Distribution System (Albany GDS) is a distribution network located in south Western Australia. It is owned and operated by ATCO Gas Australia (ATCO - formerly known as WA Gas Networks Pty Ltd).
The Albany GDS has 7500 connections. The Albany GDS is a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) gas distribution network that serves the Albany area.
The Albany GDS is currently a non-scheme distribution network, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR.
In 2011, ATCO acquired the Albany GDS from the WestNet Infrastructure Group (formerly known as Alinta Gas).
