The Roma North Gas Processing Facility pipeline is a 5.2 km transmission pipeline with a nameplate capacity of 50 TJ/day, connecting Senex’s Roma North fields to GLNG’s export pipeline.
It was commissioned by Senex in March 2019 and acquired by Jemena (Jemena Roma North Pipeline Pty Ltd ABN 17 621 731 995) in September 2019. The pipeline is used exclusively for the transportation of Senex’s gas.
The Roma North Gas Processing Facility pipeline is currently a non-scheme pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the National Gas Law and Part 23 of the National Gas Rules.
On 7 July 2020, the AER granted a 5 year category 2 exemption under Part 23 of the National Gas Rules for the Roma North Gas Processing Facility pipeline.
