The Talinga-Condabri Spur Line is a transmission spur line located in central Queensland. The pipeline is owned by Australia Pacific LNG (APLNG), which is a joint venture between Origin Energy, ConocoPhillips and Sinopec.
The Talinga-Condabri Spur Line is approximately 21.5 km in length.
The Talinga-Condabri Spur Line connects APLNG’s Condabri Lateral South with the Talinga gas processing facility.
The Talinga-Condabri Spur Line is currently a non-scheme pipeline, and is subject to the access regime for non-scheme pipelines under Chapter 6A of the NGL and Part 23 of the NGR. On 26 February 2018, the AER granted a 5 year category 1 and category 2 exemption under Part 23 of the NGR for the Talinga-Condabri Spur Line and several other spur lines under the name Eastern Network spur lines.
