Extension for making final determination on New Prudential Standard and Framework in the NEM

Some issues of relative complexity and/or difficulty were raised in response to the Draft Determination by the Australian Energy Market Operator. The AEMC intends to consult further on these issues, and has thus extended the period of time in which it must make a final determination on the New Prudential Standard and Framework in the NEM rule change request to 18 October 2012.
