Publication of a Carbon Dioxide Equivalent Intensity Index for the National Electricity Market - Final Rule Determination and Rule as Made

On 22 July 2010, the AEMC, in accordance with its statutory obligations and Rule making procedure, gave notice under sections 102 and 103 of the NEL of the making of the final Rule determination and Rule for the Publication of a Carbon Dioxide Equivalent Intensity Index for the National Electricity Market Rule change request.
