Consultation on the Review of the Effectiveness of NEM Security and Reliability Arrangements in light of Extreme Weather Events

The Commission is undertaking stakeholder consultation to the Review of the Effectiveness of NEM Security and Reliability Arrangements in light of Extreme Weather Events. To assist in this consultation, the Commission has published a Consultation paper that outlines the key issues considered relevant for the Review Final Report, required to be provided to the MCE by 31 May 2010. Stakeholders are encouraged to consider the issues and questions raised in the Consultation Paper when preparing their submissions to the Review.
The Commission invites written submission by Wednesday 31 March 2010
