Confidentiality Provisions for Network Connections – cancellation of the expedited Rule making process

On 4 June 2009, the Commission published a notice under section 96(5) of the National Electricity Law (NEL) following receipt of a written objection from the Clean Energy Council to the expedited Rule making process. The notice cancels expedition of Grid Australia's Rule change proposal under section 96 of the NEL. The Rule change proposal will now be executed in accordance with Part 7 Division 3 of the NEL.
