On 21 May 2009, the AEMC extended the time for making the Causer Pays for Ancillary Services to Control the Tasmanian Frequency draft Rule determination to 13 August 2009. The AEMC considered the extension was necessary to allow it properly consider new and complex information, and to seek stakeholders’ views on that information.
