AETV Participant Derogation to allow operation of a new power station

On 28 May 2009, the Commission gave notice under sections 102 and 103 of the National Electricity Law (NEL) making the National Electricity Amendment (AETV Participant Derogations to Allow Operation of a New Power Station) Rule 2009 No. 12 and the corresponding Rule determination. The Rule determination sets out the reasons why the Rule satisfies the Rule making test.
The Rule commences operation on 28 May 2009.
