Under section 90A of the National Electricity Law, the South Australian Minister has made rules amending the National Electricity Rules.
The National Electricity (Economic Regulation of Distribution Services) Amendment Rules 2007 commenced operation on 1 January 2008 and were consolidated into version 18 of the National Electricity Rules. A copy of these rules can be found below.
