Audit and Risk Management
The Commission's Audit and Risk Management Committee oversees a risk management framework that includes an internal audit program and external audit by the South Australian Auditor-General. PricewaterhouseCoopers is the internal auditor. A rolling three year audit plan is informed by a risk assessment process with the plan reviewed annually. Membership of the Commission Audit and Risk Management Committee is Glenn Appleyard (independent Chairman), John Pierce and Brian Spalding.
