The AEMC's relationship with the public

All submissions are also published on AEMC's website subject to the AEMC considering any claim of confidentiality.

The Commission may hold public hearings as part of some of its Rule making processes. The Commission can hold hearings prior to the publication of the draft determination and also prior to the publication of the final determination if a request is made for a hearing.
